Truth is

The Right Fireplace Starts with a Conversation, Not a Click.

Because your house isn't a stock photo. Your budget isn't a drop-down menu. And fireplace installations don't happen through a shopping cart.

Let’s Be Honest

Fireplace Shopping Can Feel Overwhelming

You’re not alone if you’re unsure, hesitant, or worried about pressure. We hear it every day. That’s why our process removes the stress and keeps things real.

"This feels complicated"

It is. That’s why we handle it.

Permits, construction, venting, codes — there’s a reason you can’t click “Add to Cart.” We manage it all. You make decisions, we handle logistics.

"I don't want to be sold to"

Hover to see how we're different.

"I don't want to be sold to"

Neither do we.

Our non-commissioned team gets paid to help you solve problems, not push products you don’t need. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you.

"I don't know what I want yet"

Hover to see why that’s perfectly fine.

"I don't know what I want yet"

Perfect. Most people don’t.

Bring photos of your space. We’ll show you what’s possible, what makes sense, and what fits your style.

What Happens When You Visit Home Fire Stove

  1. Show us your space (photos on your phone work fine)
  2. We show you options that fit your style, budget, and timeline
  3. Leave with a real plan (or just good information—no pressure either way)

Most visits take 30–45 minutes. Some people buy that day. Some come back three times. Some never buy. All of that is fine with us.

What We Still Believe In

Talking to you in person (wild, we know)
Giving straight answers about price, timeline, and what's realistic
Knowing the contractors, the codes, and the products cold
Being here when something goes wrong (and it sometimes does)
Making your house feel like the best place to be

You Might Be Our People If...

  • You'd rather spend 30 minutes with an expert than 3 hours on Reddit?
  •  You're fixing up a new place and want to do it right?
  •  You've been "thinking about" a fireplace or outdoor kitchen for two years?
  •  You hate the idea of coordinating permits, inspectors, and contractors?
  •  You want someone who'll tell you if your idea is genius or an expensive mistake.

Come Talk to Us

Open Saturdays at our Salem showroom (17th & Market). Weekdays too, if that's easier. Bring your questions, your photos, your vague ideas. We'll figure it out together.

Not Ready to Visit?

That's fine. But bookmark this page—because when you are ready, you'll want to talk to someone who actually knows this stuff.
